My name is Heather, and I am a Holistic Life Coach, Pastoral Counselor and Massage Therapist. I have dedicated my life to helping people heal their souls so that their physical bodies can become healthy. I believe that by healing the soul, you remove energetic blocks in the body, allowing it to self-heal, which is the way God intended it to be.
As a Holistic Life Coach and Pastoral Counselor, I work with clients to identify and heal the root causes of their physical health issues.
Through a combination of prayer spiritual practices, reframing our thoughts and somatic healing we work together to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and soul.
