My name is Heather O'Neil, and I am a Holistic Life Coach and Pastoral Counselor. I have dedicated my life to helping people heal their souls so that their physical bodies can become healthy. I believe that by healing the soul, you remove energetic blocks in the body, allowing it to self-heal, which is the way God intended it to be.
As a Holistic Life Coach and Pastoral Counselor, I work with clients to identify and heal the root causes of their physical health issues. We explore everything from childhood traumas and limiting beliefs to spiritual blocks and energetic imbalances.
Through a combination of talk therapy, energy healing, and spiritual practices, we work together to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and soul.
I have seen incredible transformations in my clients. I have seen people who were suffering from chronic pain and fatigue become vibrant and energetic. I have seen people who were struggling with anxiety and depression find peace and joy. I have seen people who were stuck in unhealthy patterns of behavior find freedom and purpose.
I believe that we are all capable of healing ourselves if we are willing to do the work. It takes courage to face our deepest fears and wounds, but the rewards are immeasurable. When we heal our soul, we can live a life of purpose, joy, and vitality.
